Shipping InfoCelebrateAdoption.com is solely operated by an adoptive Mom to two daughters from China. In-stock items usually ship within one to three business days from time of order. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. From time to time, other carriers such as FedEx or UPS may be used at my discretion. If you placed your order via PayPal's secure server through our website at http://www.celebrateadoption.com, you should receive a confirmation from PayPal.com confirming your order and providing you with a confirmation number (transaction number). If you paid online thru PayPal and live within the US, you will receive an email notification when your package ships. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order being shipped within five (5) days of your order, please contact us as there may be a problem with your order.
During busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Chinese New Year, please remember it may take a little longer to deliver your order.
International Orders are subject to additional shipping charges and typically shipped Air Mail unless the customer requests otherwise at the time order is placed.
Insurance is optional (customer can add insurance to their order at time of checkout online or on the order form). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they are shipped (i.e., we can't do anything about the post office or any other delivery service that damages or loses your package). No refunds for lost or damaged packages will be made (unless we don't have proof of delivery; proof of delivery is generally the "tracking confirmation" issued by the post office or other delivery service showing the package was picked up or dropped off from us on "x" date and delivered to the customer's address on "x" date). We do not require signature confirmation upon delivery on packages shipped; however, you (the customer) can request this additional service for an extra charge if you want to add it to your order just email us before you place the order. Insurance is the safest way to insure your package will make it to you and that you are protected should it be damaged in transit. We do our very best to package all items safely so they will arrive to you without any damage and within a timely manner.
