OUR ADOPTION JOURNEY
Our
Family:
We are Jason, Tonya & Hannah and are anxiously awaiting the referral of our daughter from China. We have hoped, prayed and wanted to add another child to our family for over seven years. God has answered those prayers through adoption from China. We spent many years researching adoption, both domestic and International. We were approached on many occasions with private adoption offers that never worked out. After all the prayer and research our hearts told us our child was in China.
Our Agency:
We then researched agencies and found an incredible agency for China adoption. We are using Harrah Family Services. We are so very pleased with their love and compassion to the children of China and to the families they help become united with the children.

Adoption Timeline:
| 07/31/2004 | Mailed application to HFS-AIM, sent request for Marriage license and birth certificates | |
| 08/09/2004 | Obtained copies of Marriage License and Birth certificates | |
| 08/13/2004 | HFS-AIM accepted us as clients | |
| 08/23/2004 | scheduled Homestudy visits with Nathanson Adoption | |
| 08/25/2004 | mailed I-600A application to USCIS/BCIS | |
| 10/20/2004 | Got fingerprinted for USCIS/BCIS | |
| 10/25/2004 | Submitted all paperwork and completed Homestudy to HFS-AIM for authentication | |
| 12/17/2004 | FINALLY received the I-171H approval from USCIS/BCIS | |
| 01/14/2005 | Dossier mailed to China | |
| 01/28/2005 | Dossier logged into Chinese Center for Adoption Affairs (CCAA) | |
| 09/01/2005 | REFERRAL!!!!! More Info |
